Jeff is a Manager of Mill Lane Management Real Estate and the Director and Trustee of the Bilezikian Family Foundation. Previously, he was owner of the Christmas Tree Shops, a chain of retail stores in New England.
Jeff is an active supporter and volunteer of The Home For Little Wanderers, Cradles To Crayons, Charles River Conservancy and Career Collaborative. Jeff earned a BA from Ohio Wesleyan University.

Ben Fischman has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Retail Convergence since September 2005. An original member of the SmartBargains.com startup team, he joined the company as Vice President of Strategic Development in April 2000.
Previously, from 1999 to 2000, Ben was the inaugural Entrepreneur-In-Residence at General Catalyst. Ben is the founder of Lids Corporation, a baseball hat and sports cap retailer he established in 1993. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and Communications degree from Boston University.

Dave is the founder and president of BIGfish, a full-service marketing, PR, design and web agency. As president of BIGfish, Dave has helped guide numerous companies through their branding and marketing challenges. Dave is a professor at Emerson College, where he teaches media relations, social media and marketing.
Dave also serves as a venture partner at GreatPoint Ventures, a seed stage venture fund that commercializes technologies which improve the human condition. He earned a BA from Boston University and a MA from Emerson College. |
Douglass Karp, Chairman |
Douglass is Executive Vice President of New England Development, where he is involved in all aspects of the company's business, including site acquisition, financing, permitting and planning, design, construction and leasing. He manages most of the firm's retail and mixed-use development projects and serves as asset manager for Nantucket Island Resorts, an affiliated company.
Prior to joining New England Development, Douglass co-founded Lids, the specialty retailer and leader of officially licensed and branded athletic fashion headgear. In addition to his role as NGD Task Force Chairman, he is a Children's Hospital Board of Overseers member. Douglass serves on the New England Aquarium's board of advisors and on the board of governors for the Combined Jewish Philanthropies (CJP) and the CJP Next Generation Housing Foundation. He is a graduate of Union College.

Alex Leventhal |
Alex Leventhal is Co-Managing Partner of Advisors Capital. Mr. Leventhal is responsible for sourcing deals and raising capital. In addition to managing Advisors Capital, Mr. Leventhal is also an active commercial real estate broker for Boston Realty Advisors. Mr. Leventhal has eight years experience in the real estate market having previously worked at Jones Lang LaSalle in the leasing and investment sales division.
Prior to that, he managed three residential sales offices as a sales manager for R.M. Bradley Real Estate. Mr. Leventhal earned a Bachelors of Science in Business Management from Bentley College, where he graduated with honors. He is an Overseer of the New England Aquarium. |
Michael Lorber |
Michael is the director of business development for New York City-based Douglas Elliman Worldwide Consulting and a partner of Boston-based Lincoln Real Estate Capital. Michael received a BS from Babson College, a JD from The Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and a MS from New York University's Real Estate Institute.
He currently divides his time between Boston and New York. Michael serves as an Overseer for Children's Hospital Boston and chairs the Babson College Young Alumni Development Committee.

Roy joined Boulder Capital in 2001. He is responsible for financial modeling in development and lending as well as acquisitions and construction management. Roy's work played a significant role in the development of Longview Place and Sterling Medical Center. Previously, Roy worked at REIT Equity Residential. He graduated from Babson College, where he majored in entrepreneurial studies and real estate.

Prior to joining Boulder Capital, Todd worked in commercial real estate for Williamson, Picket, Gross in New York City. Susie is a partner at McKinsey & Company, one of the world's leading strategic management consulting firms. Since joining the firm in 1996, she has worked with a number of global retail and consumer packaged goods companies.
Susie graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec and also earned an MBA from Harvard Business School. She lives in Wellesley with her husband and three children.

Dan is a director in the real estate group at Goulston Storrs where he focuses on commercial real estate, acquisition, financing, development and leasing. He has represented both developers and owners, and has managed all aspects in the sale and acquisition of office and retail buildings in the greater Boston area.
Daniel is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and is a member and pro bono attorney for CJP Next Generation Housing Foundation. He received a BA from Dartmouth College, a MAT from Tufts University/Shady Hill School and a JD from New York University School of Law. |
Kathleen Scanlon |
Kathleen has worked as project manager and architect at a large architectural firm in Los Angeles specializing in university projects, new K-12 school construction and modernization of schools.

Pat Scanlon |
Pat is the founder and managing member of Nolnacs, LLC, a firm that develops real estate in Iowa City, Iowa and Concord, California. Pat has been on the Board of Directors of the George H. Scanlon Foundation since 1996.
The foundation was established to facilitate medical student education, but has branched out offering grants to medical research, art and architecture, as well as global disaster relief.
Pat founded the production company, Jackam Stripe Productions in 2000. At Jackam, Pat co-directed and produced the documentary, The Channel, which follows five swimmers over the course of 3 years as they attempt to swim the English Channel.

Since 2003, Robert has served as the chief operating officer at Chestnut Hill Realty. He currently sits on CHR's Executive Committee and supervises the Human Resources, Administrative Services and IT departments. Robert is also involved in acquisitions and development as well as finding, analyzing and pursuing new opportunities on behalf of CHR.
Furthermore, Robert is an active member of Temple Beth Avodah in Newton and serves on its board of directors as chairman of the budget committee. He also serves as a vice president and treasurer of the board of directors at Camp Avoda in Middleboro, MA. Robert received a BBA from Emory University. |
